
1. How much is postage and packing
Postage is Included to all United Kingdom addresses
2. What if my order is out of stock?
Unfortunately from time to time demand outstrips supply. If we are out of stock, we shall immediately notify you with details of the new deliveries.
3. Can I return goods?
Customers that have received goods wrongly due our mistake are entitled to a replacement or a full refund. Goods that have been received wrongly due to customer error are entitled to only an exchange, (please see our store policy for more details).
4. Are my card details secure?
Yes, 100%. We use Paypal, whose track record is second to none. You have no need to worry about card security.
