Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!
Our customer payment method does not compromise your credit card details. Our Online system is 100% secure.
Please feel safe using your credit card to conduct your purchase with us. Our chosen payment provider is Paypal, you do not need to have an account with them, just enter your details in the usual manner.
Return / Refund Policy
If, for any reason, you have received your Direct Sandals in a damaged state or they are not as you ordered, please inform us by
emailing us (returns@directsandals.co.uk) using the Contact Page
within seven days of receipt, stating clearly the reason for return. We will confirm your email with a Reference number within a further five working days.
On confirmation, please return the Direct Sandals to us immediately by 1st Class post, enclosing a short note, the original wrappings and your confirmation reference number. The sandals must be in their original packaging and in an unworn condition.
Once we have received the returned item/s, we shall replace them immediately. Or if you prefer, a full refund including postage shall be made.
If for some reason you wish to exchange you Direct Sandals, through no fault of ours, please email us at returns@directsandals.co.uk in the same way, stating the replacement size and colour you require. Await our confirmation email, and return in the same way as above. The sandals must be in their original packaging and in an unworn condition. We shall get your replacement despatched asap. You are responsible for the return postage cost and we shall pay for re-delivery to you.

Delivery Information
Subject to stock availability.
UK: Postage is Free and delivery is usually within 2-3 working days from receipt of payment.
EU: P&P is £8.00 and delivery is usually 3-5 working days (subject to local conditions).
Rest of World: P&P is £10.00 and delivery is usually 5-7 working days (subject to local conditions).
Prices
Goods are charged at prices shown on the products pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted.
Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of an unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
